Lab Participation at the 9th European Congress of Virology 2025

Several members of our virology labs — Ewelina Król, Andrea Lipińska, Gabriela Brzuska, Marta Zimna, Klaudia Barańska, and Ewa Wiśniewska — recently participated in the 9th European Congress of Virology, held in Cavtat/Dubrovnik from April 27 to 30, 2025.

We are proud to share that Dr. Andrea Lipińska was invited as a speaker, delivering a talk titled „A Small Viral Thief and a Cellular VIP Protein – How Viruses Hijack Cellular Pathways for Immunosubversion.” She also served as co-chair of the session „Viral Immunosubversion.”

Our lab was actively involved in the conference, presenting a total of five research posters that highlighted different aspects of our current projects. The event provided a valuable platform for scientific exchange, and we’re eager to build on the insights and connections made during the congress.
