Confocal microscopy imaging in virus studies

Fluorescent Confocal Microscopy is a precise tool, which enables direct tracking of cellular processes. Our research focuses on the mechanisms that determine  the speed of viral spread between cells of different origin, or level of cancer transformation. Viral infection is a dynamic process, which is why, we specialize in complex live imaging observations, carried out with the use of fluorescently labeled viral recombinants.
